Wall and Column Removal with LVL Beam Installation
This wall and these columns were removed, and three 26-foot-long and 12-inch-wide LVLs (Laminated Veneer Lumber) were installed. This is how it turned out.
Project Overview
We completed a major structural renovation that transformed a divided floor plan into a stunning open-concept living space. By removing load-bearing walls and columns and installing engineered LVL beams, we created a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas with dramatic vaulted ceilings.
